The property is good. Rooms are clean. Located at a prime location in the city. Friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast spread. They had the exactly same breakfast spread for all the 5 days that I stayed there.. there should have been some variations atleast. Maybe they could serve a different spread during the weekend.

The hotel is quite new and it could be rated as 4* for Western standards. Spacious room, comfy bed, perfect clean and complementary free beverages and snacks. I guess the windows are sounds proof but probably not enough to completely cancel the noise coming from outside (not a big issue anyway). What truly makes this hotel worth the visit is the personnel, service is one of the best I have ever seen, always helpful, never too insistent and always smiling. I would particularly rate 6* (if only I could) the quality of the food in the restaurant and the waiters! Top experience, if I will be back in Bangalore I will definitely book a room there again!

Excellent interior of hotel. Rooms also though rooms lack a ward robe. Clothes are to be hanged on an open rod. System without cover. Bathrooms are neat and well lit. Service is painfully too slow. Quite hopeless. Staff is courteous and willing to serve. But quite untrained. Junior staff have language issues. Manager level are good but can't execute timely service. Breakfast time takes lot of time. Even a basic thing like plain Paratha takes 15 min to serve. Taste is so so. Not a value for money. Pool area not up to date. Lacks basics like a shelf or bench to keep belongings. Only one bathroom without any soap. Only one toilet. No clock in entire swimming area.

The hotel staff certainly need some training on "HOSPITALITY". The property in general is quite well kept and could do way better with improved service. We had an event with over 200 guests and expected more from a hospitality stand point. The management should certainly look into this if they have to sustain the competition.

The hotel is good, the ambience is premium and the modern, rustic decor is appealing. The place is apt for family outings and gatherings. Food is tasty, the spread is vast with varieties

I stayed here for around 2 weeks. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The service is excellent - the front desk staff, the chefs, and the restaurant staff. The location is good because it is right next to a mall but bad because you can’t get a room with a decent view and the distance from the city. All in all, I had a very good experience.

I recently hosted an birthday event here, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The venue itself was charming, and the food served was truly delicious. While the event went smoothly for the most part, there were a couple of minor hiccups that I'd like to mention. Firstly, after initial 30 minutes of the event, nobody was present to serve the welcome drinks, which left some of our guests waiting. While this was a minor delay, it would have been better if the service staff had been prompt from the start. The second issue arose during the distribution of starters. The servers only covered the first two rows of attendees, leaving those seated in the back rows ignored. This created a slight imbalance in the service and left some guests feeling left out. A more equitable distribution of starters would have enhanced the overall experience. I believe that with a little more attention to these details, this banquet hall has the potential to offer an even more exceptional experience in the future.

Hotel is at walking distance to IIM Bangalore. I stay here during my training program in IIM-B Nice, neat and clean , hygienic. Breakfast and dinner have lot of variety. Food is tasty and quality is good. This hotel deserves atleast 4 star rating.
